THE PLAN FOR THE FRAME
 

 

Thanks to Matt for giving us this stock Bronco Frame. We took it and had it sand blasted, when we got it back to the shop, we check for cracks and measured it to make sure it was square.

 

 
 
THE PLAN FOR THE BODY

 

The plan is to make this Bronco a street legal Baja pre-runner/Rock racer. We will use an all metal center section from the donor bronco including the floor, front and rear door posts, rocker panels and full doors. The passenger compartment will be closed off with front and rear firewalls. The rest of the body will be just about like our Baja race Bronco with fiber glass 1/4 panels, front fenders and hood. The steel grill will be bolted to the tubed radiator core support that bolts to the front body mounts on the frame and the suports to hold the front finders will be made of square tubing that will fit into mounts bolted to the firewall just like our Baja Bronco but with a battery box/mount incorperated and removable inner finders. The top will be our 1/2 cab soft top with an extended bulkhead

 

 

 This is a little different story. This use to be a Bronco it was wrecked when we got it and was smashed up in the front and rear, bad. We sold off all of the parts that were good and planed to scrap the rest but desisted to use the good part to build a CUSTOM Bronco. Instead of getting a nice Bronco and modifying it to do what I want, I am just starting with JUNK.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY
All items returned to B.C. Broncos which were originally paid for by credit card are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
