The ultimate Early Bronco fuel tank is here! Newly re-designed with cleaner lines and an ingenious new mounting system, this replacement fuel tank is designed to withstand years of hard-core four wheeling. The new track-mount system allows you to mount the tank in any Bronco, regardless of body lift, as high as possible to get maximum ground clearance. This tank is designed to take advantage of all available space to maximize fuel capacity, increasing your range. The kit includes: tank, mounting brackets, sender, hardware and instructions. The optional skid plate can be bolted on using the same track system.

The sending unit comes with our tank. This is a replacement unit with the 5 screw holes (round plate). This is a standard in the aftermarket. We used this on our early style fuel tanks (for about 5 years) until we made the change to the in-tank fuel pump design in 2006. Now we use a 16 hole (square plate) design. The plate is different but the sender is the same. This sender will work with a stock Early Bronco fuel gauge or any aftermarket fuel gauge that requires a ohm range from 10 to 70, meaning that if you test your fuel gauge, you should get around 10 ohms when the tank is full and around 70 ohms when it is empty.

This is the kit you need when you install a Qjet on your Ford motor. The kit comes with an aluminum adapter, mounting gaskets, filter base gasket, 90* brass fitting and all mounting hardware. Just bolt it on and go.

This 13.5" Ford Motor Sport air cleaner is a nice set up it comes with everything you need to replace your old stock air cleaner. High quality chrome top and bottom, the bottom also has a rolled lip so as not to cut the gasket and a stamped knockout to put in a fresh air breather.

If you run a DUI distributor you mite need this it is a drop base and the center is offset allowing you to run a larger cap. This is just the lower half of a standard 14" air cleaner it just sets the air cleaner a few inches back toward the firewall and comes with a offset bolt.

A dual return spring is a requirement in racing but is even a good idea for the average 4x4. These springs are weighted correctly to give a nice peddle feel and they are stainless steel to keep them from rusting.

The lines: We have several options with these fuel lines, you have the choice of the carbureted set or the EFI set you also have the choice of getting them as a deluxe set. When we designed these lines we kept in mind that some Bronco guys would be using their side tank and some would not, some would run an electric fuel pump and some would use there mechanical one. We decided that the best solution would be to put in a removable 8" line right where the side tank and fuel selector valve are located, so that any of those options could be added or removed at anytime. The lines are zinc coated 3/8" and 5/16" steel line, C&C bent and then double flared to assure a good seal. The Front line: This line starts at about the oil filter, on top of the frame and then drops down over the side and runs along the frame until where the side tank and selector valve tie in. This line has an inverted flair fitting on one side and a 3/8 hose barb on the other, you can replace this fitting with an AN fitting if you want to use steel braded flex hose from the hard line to the fuel rails. The Center line: This line is only 8" long and has fittings on both ends so that you can thread on hose barbs to plum in or remove a side tank, fuel selector, or an electric fuel pump. You can replace these fittings with an AN fittings if you want to use steel braded flex hose from the hard line to what ever you want to plum in. The Rear line: This line continues on to about 6 inches before the rear cross member so that you can add in a fuel pump or a thread on the optional fuel filter. You can replace the fitting with an AN fitting if you want to use steel braded flex hose from the hard line to the fuel tank. The Deluxe upgrade: This upgrade makes this a true bolt in kit it comes with the Fuel line mounts, high pressure fuel filter and filter quick disconnect.

If you are not using an in-tank pump you will need to use a low pressure fuel pump, a Acc tank and a high pressure fuel pump. The first picture is the low pressure fuel pump bolted to a stock hole in the frame near the transmission cross member, plumed into our steel fuel line kit. The pump have been mounted better and plumed direct with different fittings and drilling a new hole in the frame but we wanted to show it could be mounted without drilling extra holes.

| ELECTRIC FUEL TANK SELECTOR VALVES | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

These electric fuel tank selector valves replace the old manual tank selector under your seat for easy, trouble-free operation. The 3-port valve is the solution for carbureted vehicles or can be used with a transfer pump to move fuel from the side tank to the main tank. The 6-port valve is the answer to the dual tanks dilemma for EFI-equipped vehicles, as it switches both the supply and return lines simultaneously. Best of all, either can be easily wired to the existing fuel gauge selector switch on your dash, so you can switch the fuel gauge between tanks at the same time you switch tanks for fuel delivery.

This ingenious new innovation from B.C. Broncos takes the fuel accumulator concept one step further. Now you can combat fuel starvation while assuring clean fuel and eliminating the potential of sediment buildup in the accumulator! Uses standard spin-on fuel filters available at any parts store. The kit comes complete with filter and all fittings you need to install into your existing fuel system.
