The FrontRunner Serpentine Drive System is so cool that you will never want to close the hood on your Hotrod, Custom, or Classic truck.

Our new FrontRunner Drive System was engineered to convert any small block FORD to the popular and more dependable serpentine belt design. The only design on the market  that utilizes a spring-loaded tensioning system for a no-nonsense, trouble free operation. The modular design based on the latest CAD/CAM architecture places all driven components in the tightest possible configuration. Systems are available in two different finishes.

 

This setup is the best and most complete system money can buy. This kit isn't just brackets and pulleys it also comes with a TIMING COVER, WATER PUMP, A/C COMPRESSOR, 140AMP ALTERNATOR AND SAGINAW POWER STEERING PUMP. With the Stainless Steel 12 point ARP bolts, gaskets, A/C lines and a Gates belt this kit is a great deal.

The Serpentine belt system is far superior to v-belt systems there are two great reasons to go to this type of system the first would be because of the spring loaded tensioner the belts always stay tight and don't squeal. The second reason would be that if you want to add or remove power steering or A/C you can by just getting a longer belt, you will not have to change all of the pulleys just to add a new accessory. Configured like most 86-90 Ford cars. This kit uses a 9 bolt water pump so you will need a stock type timing cover.

This is a good picture of our A/C eliminator this will keep the belt up high enough to allow the tensioner to work correctly.

The Bronco came stock with V-belts they came standard with a single groove and if they came with the power steering option it had two grooves. Some times guys put a 3 groove pulley on, it physically fits on the motor but it requires you to run a bigger fan spacer putting the fan dangerously close to the radiator, We would recommend if you need to run 3 belts it is time to convert to serpentine.

This new 50 oz harmonic balancer is a great setup. With this balancer You have the option to use a 3 bolt or 4 bolt v belt pulley or if you want to upgrade to the 4 bolt serpentine pulley you can, without changing out your balancer. They also added another special feature a removable centering ring so you can use either type of pulley (a pulley with a centering lip or a pulley without a centering lip) Made of nodular iron and has 3 separate timing marks for almost all 5.0 and 351W/5.8 engines. This will not work with a the Explorer 5.0L or 94-95 Mustang short dress pulley systems. With some combos you may need a pulley spacer.

Here are new flywheels we have two types a 50oz ballance and 28oz ballance if you use the wrong flywheel or damper you will have bad vibrations in your motor. To make sure your starter will enguage you need a flywheel with 164 teath

When looking for a flex plate you need to know three things 1. The diameter of the torque converter you have, they put the 10.5" and the 11" in the Bronco 2. The balance of the engine,Here is the info from Ford, For a 302 1968-1980 the imbalance is 28oz For a 302 1981-2001 the imbalance is 50oz. For ALL 351W 1969-1997 the imbalance is 28oz 3. The amount of teeth to engage the starter, the correct number of teeth for a Bronco is 164 teeth.
