BUILDING UP DARRINS BRONCO

The Bronco spent about 2 years at the paint shop before we got it. The Bronco was painted Viper blue and white, they did a great job. This is the way we got the Bronco, It is basically a rolling shell.

COATING THE FLOOR

He had the floor coated to keep things from slipping around and so it could be washed out. We did the fire wall also to cut down on heat.

THE ENGINE

It wasn't much to look at when we got it. So we fixed that with a new 340 horse crate motor from Ford. We then installed GT40 EFI on top, We installed our new serpentine 3G, saginaw, power steering, and A/C. Last but not least we added our 1-5/8 stainless steel headers and 2 into 1 exhaust.

THE DRIVETRAIN

We dropped in an Art Carr built AOD transmission a new AA adapter kit and we rebuilt the D-20. We added our new AOD crossmember kickdown and shift rod to the column.

THE DASH LAYOUT

Darrin wanted to go with the stock dash without cutting into it. But he wanted A/C and vents in the dash so he figured the best way to get that is with a new dash. This is exactally the reason we built our replacment dash. If you want to add custom stuff just swap out the dash and store away the origional.

We started with our new dash this one only had the glove box moved over 5" and the stock speedo hole we then added two holes for the new F150 vents one hole for the upgrade A/C controls and 3 holes for the switches we needed. The dash is a very important part of your Bronco for obvious reasons. But it is more than that, you look at it the whole time you are driving. When you lay out your dash you want to make sure you can see all of the gauges a glance and get to all of the switches and vents without having to reach too far. Darrin wanted a simple dash. We only have 3 main switches to deal with #1 a key hole #2 a head light switch and #3 a wiper switch, After we made sure the bezels and vents fit we had the dash powder coated white and then clear coated.

INTERRIOR

We added in our new family roll cage and had it powdercoated white, then clear coated. The roll cage fits great under the stock head liner and still has enough room for the wiper cover. We added 3 point seat belts in all four possisions to keep everyone safe.

We will repair or replace any product found to be defective, subject to our inspection. Warranty is limited to the cost of the replacement part. Some items purchased from B.C. Broncos and built by other manufacturers may or may not carry warranty's issued by the manufacturer. B.C. Broncos is not a party to such warranty's, and all claims on manufacturer warranty's should be made directly to the manufacturer. No further warranty's are expressed or implied.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY
All items returned to B.C. Broncos which were originally paid for by credit card are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

SHIPPING POLICY
Please note: B.C. Broncos will not pay premium shipping for any reason. We will ship next day, same day, 3 day or any other premium shipping method that you like but you will have to pay the cost and take the risk that it will get to you when you want it and that it is what you wanted. We will do our best to get what you want to you when you want it. But premium shipping is extra work for us that we are doing for you as a favor and we make no money on any shipping and will not refund shipping if things do not turn out the way you expected.
