These Cryogenically treated spark plugs
are shown after years of testing to improve gas mileage up to 20%,
Reduce Emissions by up to 80%, and 15% more power. What that doesn't
sound possible, but by Cryo treating the spark plug you get a better
stronger spark that burns more of the fuel that would normally be
wasted.
Cryogenically treating anything will make
it stronger. We know this to be true from our experiences in Baja, the
spindles and knuckles on our Baja racer are Cryo treated and have never
failed. If you apply this to parts that are designed to handle
electricity than you see the same kind of result the current flows
better through the molecules when they are all lined up.

Performance
Distributors LiveWires® come with a space age, heat resistant sleeving
that provides superior
protection to the plug wires from the extreme under hood temperatures
generated by the exhaust. The sleeving
is a non-flammable heat treated glass braid, much like the type used on
today's ovens. The unique sleeving on
the LiveWires provides heat protection up to +1400° F and offers
excellent resistance to moisture and chemicals.
LiveWires are
custom fit, so no assembly is required. Each wire is numbered on both
ends for the correct cylinder
making installation, removal and re-installation quick and easy. No
cutting, splicing or crimping is required like
other aftermarket wire sets. Some applications are available for both
over the valve covers and under the headers.
LiveWires have
a durable and long lasting silicone jacket and insulation. Heat shrink
applied between the boot and
the sleeving keeps dirt and moisture away from wire terminals.
Dielectric grease is included with all sets and should
be applied to the spark plug boots to prevent voltage leakage and keep
wire terminals and boots from sticking to
the plug.
LiveWires are
a spiral core wire which means they have a stainless steel wire wrapped
around a magnetic core.
This is a suppression type wire so there is no electronic interference
with the radio or computer and they work well
with delay boxes and stutter boxes. A spiral wound core also offers
extremely low resistance of 300 - 350 Ohms
per foot for optimum spark travel.

SPARK PLUG BOOT PROTECTORS |

The
sleeving on the LiveWires is designed to protect the wire from
extreme heat but unfortunately this sleeving does not cover the plug
boots. The boots are made from a high temperature silicone and
are designed to withstand 600° F, but on some engines the header
tubes or exhaust manifolds are so close that they will cause the boots
to eventually blister or burn. To protect the boots from these extreme
temperatures we now offer the Boot Sleeve Protectors. These boot
protectors are designed to fit around the plug boots and reflect the
heat away from them. Up to 1200 degrees of protection! The sleeves
have double wall thickness for excellent protection yet they are
flexible
and easy to install. Boot Sleeve protectors will work with all boot
angles
including 90°, 135° and 180°. They are available in your choice of Blue,
Black or Red.

Performance
Distributors Livewires are built with a protective heat sleeve
that covers the entire length of the wire. Trying to fit the Livewires
in factory
wire separators is virtually impossible. Nylon zip ties can be used to
keep
the wires separated but they do not offer a show quality appearance.
This
led us to build a billet wire loom that will not only keep the wires
apart, but
offer good looks as well. These billet separators are held together with
allen
head screws which are mounted flush within the loom. These separators
are
designed specifically for the Livewires and will not pinch or damage the
protective heat sleeving.
The kit
comes with 7 bolt together Aluminum separators 5 X 2 wire separators and
2 X 4 wire separators

Flame-Thrower
II coils feature a super low resistance which make them the ideal coil
for Ignitor II ignition systems as well as many other high energy
ignitions. Low resistance and improved turns ratio help to produce up to
45,000 volts. This higher voltage enables you to run larger spark plug

The
Ignitor II has many of the same great feature that the Ignitor has, but
its smarter. Ignitor II units sense the coil current level and use a
powerful micro controller to adjust the dwell. Variable dwell helps to
maintain peak energy throughout the entire RPM range.
Features
Ignitor II systems develop up to 4 times more energy
between 3000 and 5000 RPM than standard ignition systems. High RPM
performance is improved when used with the Flame-Thrower II super low
resistance (0.6 ohms) 45,000 volt coil.
- Adaptive dwell maintains peak energy throughout the
entire RPM range, reducing misfires while improving engine
performance.
- Develops on average 4 times more available energy
between 3000 and 5000 RPM, and 2 times more available plug voltage.
- Peak current level is reached just prior to spark
for maximum energy without the heat build-up, increasing coil and
module life.
- Adjusts spark timing at higher RPMs to compensate
for the inherent electronic delay.
- Senses startup and develops more energy for
quicker, easier starting. Built in reverse polarity and over current
protection shuts down the system, preventing component damage.

with reliable performance and show quality looks! This brand new distributor encompasses
the toughness and durability that the 5.0 engine demands. Hot forging provides a denser,
stronger and more durable distributor compared to cast aluminum and billet distributors.
Each unit is tested for thermal shock and RPM accuracy between 8000 and 10,000 rpm’s.
The Hot Forged distributor is machined using computerized CNC mills and lathes to create
exact tolerances. includes our high dwell Dyna-Module for increased spark
duration which provides a better burn of the fuel mixture. Comes with a steel gear installed

Performance Distributors Ford D.U.I. (Davis
Unified Ignition) is the only one-piece ignition
system for Fords! This is a simple, drop in unit. The coil is
inside the cap and the module is
inside the distributor. Just run one 12 volt hot wire to the distributor
and you're ready to run!
There is also an optional tach hook-up. The D.U.I. eliminates ALL of the
messy wiring found
on stock Ford electronic ignition systems. This really cleans up the
engine compartment.
The Street/Strip Ford D.U.I. is built
with a 50,000 volt coil that allows a whopping .055" plug
gap to be run and this will provide a more powerful explosion of the
fuel mixture. The Dyna
Module is designed with more electronic dwell time producing a hotter
spark. No ballast
resistor is used. Stock Ford systems, and many aftermarket systems
require a ballast resistor
which reduces the voltage in the ignition system. The D.U.I. allows FULL
voltage into the ignition
system, providing a better spark and more power.
Every D.U.I. is curved on a Distributor
machine based on the specs of your Ford motor. A super
smooth curve will eliminate engine damaging detonation provide instant
throttle response.
The Ford D.U.I. is a real work of
craftsmanship. Although it is uniquely designed, replacement
parts are easy to find. High Energy Ignition (H.E.I.) replacement parts
will fit right on the D.U.I. The unit is polished and lubed as it is
assembled. Built for durability, the D.U.I. has an upper and a lower
bushing, unlike stock Ford distributors with only one bushing
