23 GALLON MAIN FUEL TANK



JET QUADRAJET CARBURATOR
The ultimate Early Bronco fuel tank is here! Newly re-designed with cleaner lines and an ingenious new mounting system but we didn't stop there we designed the tank with a bigger opening in the top giving you the ability to mount a fuel pump and filter in the tank, (keeping the pump submerged in fuel helps keep it cool extending it's life 10X) this also acts as a sump to help keep the fuel around the pump while climbing hills (an internal accumulator tank). We also just added a new feature We now Weld A/N fittings to the fuel pickup and return so you can have a positive fuel line connection to the tank. This replacement fuel tank is designed to withstand years of hard-core four wheeling. We don't use any mounting straps on our tank, they can get snagged on something allowing the tank to fall out. The new track-mount system allows you to bolt the brackets to the frame and mount the tank in any Bronco, regardless of body lift, as high as possible to get maximum ground clearance. This tank is designed to take advantage of all available space to maximize fuel capacity, increasing your range. The kit includes: tank, mounting brackets, sender, hardware and instructions. The optional skid plate can be bolted on using the same track system.
In this picture you see how we can install a fuel pump the tank. The hole is large enough to get your hand in the tank to bolt a fuel pump to the mount on the bottom of the tank. The top plate holds the sending unit and the connection for the fuel pump.

In the second picture you can see all of the inlets, starting from the left you have #1 -6 A/N vent/return #2 -6 A/N fuel pickup #3 1-3/4"fuel filler #4 5/8" filler vent #5 vent/return.

The last picture shows the A/N fittings and Stainless Steel braided hoses installed.

IN TANK FUEL PUMPS AND FILTERS

This is the pump you need when you use factory Ford Fuel Injection and want to use an in-tank pump. The great thing about having the fuel pump in the tank is you don't have anything extra taking up the very limited space in the engine compartment like high and low pressure fuel pumps and an accumulator filter. The biggest reason for electric fuel pumps fail is from over heating, buy putting the pump in the tank, the fuel keeps the pump cool extending it's life. This pump is a standard replacement mustang fuel pump and filter strainer so the fuel pressure (40 psi) and flow rate (40-50 gph) are exactly what you need when doing an EFI swap.

FUEL FILLER CAPS
New aluminum fuel caps up date the look of your Bronco just by twisting on a new cap
As you can see their are two different types of cap the longer one is for the 71-77
and the shorter one is for the 66-70

FUEL TANK SENDING UNIT
The sending unit comes with our tank. This is a replacement unit with the 5 screw holes (round plate). This is a standard in the aftermarket. We used this on our early style fuel tanks (for about 5 years) until we made the change to the in-tank fuel pump design  in 2006. Now we use a 16 hole (square plate) design. The plate is different but the sender is the same. This sender will work with a stock Early Bronco fuel gauge or any aftermarket fuel gauge that requires a ohm range from 10 to 70, meaning that if you test your fuel gauge, you should get around 10 ohms when the tank is full and around 70 ohms when it is empty.
The Quadrajet carburetor has gained a legendary reputation for off-road performance. Folks running Holleys and other carburetors understand the frustration of the engine sputtering and dying whenever the terrain gets rough. More than just pride suffers--starters overheat from constant cranking, batteries get drained, drive train components get hammered from constant assault and failure on the same obstacle. Not to mention the frustration of everyone in the line of rigs piling up behind you on the trail.
The Quadrajet is the solution. We've had our Broncos over some of the most extreme trails from the Hammers to Moab, our Quadrajets never stumble. Many folks figure we must be running fuel injection—until they look under the hood!

QUADRAJET ADAPTER KIT
This is the kit you need when you install a Qjet on your Ford motor. The kit comes with an aluminum adapter, mounting gaskets, filter base gasket, 90* brass fitting and all mounting hardware. Just bolt it on and go.

AIR CLEANER STUD
This is a standard 1/4" X 4.5" stud for the air filter and comes with a wing nut.
