BRONCOS REAR DISK BRAKE KIT |
B.C. Broncos has developed
the easiest and most complete kit for adding rear disk brakes to your
Early Bronco. The brackets will fit any vehicle
with a Ford 9" rear end. The key is the B.C. Broncos caliper bracket
pictured at right. These brackets are designed by B.C. Broncos and
manufactured using precision metal forming techniques, then powder-coated
for a long lasting finish. These brackets locate the calipers so they may
be bled without removing them from the bracket and rotor—a major
improvement over other kits currently on the market. We have created a
number of different kits for those who would like to acquire the remaining
parts separately and for those who would prefer a complete, hassle-free
kit. If you would like to find the rotors and calipers on your own, the
applications for each are as follows:

Bracket Kit
This is the basic kit for those who would like to acquire the rest of
the parts on their own. With these brackets, you will still need to
acquire the rotors, calipers and brake lines separately. Kit includes:
- Left & Right BC Broncos Caliper Brackets
- Spacers
- Shock relocation kit
- Wheel studs
- All Necessary hardware

Brake Line Kit
All of the brake lines needed for the rear disk conversion are included
in this kit, including flexible and hard lines. Kit includes:
- Long and short hard lines, pre-bent and flared with fittings
- Banjo bolts and washers
- Stainless steel caliper lines
- Emergency brake lines
- Brake line mounting tabs

Master Kit + Calipers
This is the fully complete kit for those who would like an easy,
hassle-free installation with all required parts. It includes
everything from the master kit, plus loaded calipers with pads.
Kit includes:

| EMERGENCY BRAKE
CABLES |
We have emergency brake cables for lifted
Broncos with drum and disc brakes we also carry both the early and late
versions of the cable that goes from the equalizer to the emergency brake
pedal. We have standard black coated and now we offer clear coated
Stainless Steel outers. All of the e-brake cables we offer have stainless
steel inner cables that are pre crimped for ease of installation.

| BRAKE LINE LOCK |
A hydraulic lock that uses the
line pressure of the system to hold your brakes locked, no electrical or
special linkage required. Just step on the foot brake, push the Park-Loc
down, let off the foot brake, and it's locked. Step on the foot brake
again, and it opens automatically. Holds any vehicle with hydraulic
brakes where you put it.
THIS UNIT IS NOT TO BE USED AS AN EMERGENCY
BRAKE.

BRAKING SYSTEM (LBS) |
|
Equip your Bronco with the hottest thing in safe, effective
braking since disc brakes! LBS installs easily in the rear brake line
and utilizes a unique dampening valve that acts as a shock absorber to
sense and dampen the sharp spike in line pressure when the brakes are
applied suddenly. LBS improves the brake performance on any car or light
truck, even ones with ABS. ABS was designed for panic stops, not high
performance driving. LBS will prevent the application of ABS under all
but panic stops making the car much more driver friendly. LBS works much
better than a proportioning valve and dramatically improves the brake
performance of older cars and light trucks that may or may not have one.
LBS also works well with disc brake conversions on street rods and
50s-60s cars. Many people install an adjustable proportioning valve to
try and balance the brake system and find they don't do the job.

WARRANTY POLICY
Within 30 days of receiving a product, if you find the product defective or incorrect, return it to B.C. Broncos. We will repair or replace any product found to be defective, subject to our inspection. Warranty is limited to the cost of the replacement part. Some items purchased from B.C. Broncos and built by other manufacturers may or may not carry warranty's issued by the manufacturer. B.C. Broncos is not a party to such warranty's, and all claims on manufacturer warranty's should be made directly to the manufacturer. No further warranty's are expressed or implied.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY
All items returned to B.C. Broncos which were originally paid for by credit card are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Broncos will not be held liable for personal, property, legal, or financial damages or claims stemming from the use or misuse of any product we manufacture or sell. SHIPPING POLICY
Please note: B.C. Broncos will not pay premium shipping
for any reason. We will ship next day, same day, 3 day or any other
premium shipping method that you like but you will have to pay the cost and
take the risk that it will get to you when you want it and that it is what you
wanted. We will do our best to get what you want to you when you want it. But
premium shipping is extra work for us that we are doing for you as a favor and
we make no money on any shipping and will not refund shipping if things
do not turn out the way you expected.
