The Power Tank is a product that addresses all the needs of on-board air without the expense and hassle of an on-board compressor. It consists of an aluminum cylinder of pressurized liquid CO2 which is released as a vapor through a special heavy duty regulator. The regulator was designed by specially for this type of use. The Power Tank can air up tires, run air tools, etc., while out on the trail, the race course, the side of the road, or even in your garage. It is fast, affordable, and simple to use. It is light weight, portable, and reliable and it is THE fastest way to air up tires.

The Power Tank has the power and speed of a belt driven (A/C) compressor and the portability and lower cost of some 12 volt compressors. The Power Tank can air up a 33" truck tire in less than one minute, remove a stuck lug nut in two seconds using a 1/2" impact wrench, and quickly reseat a tire while the wheel is still on the vehicle. And portability is a must when you need to help a friend who is difficult to get to. No other air system can do all of this - at any price.
There are many configurations and options for purchasing the Power Tank. We offer the cylingers by themselves, and all of the components separately, but its a much better value to choose from one of our complete systems:
Basic Power Tank Systems include the following:
- A 6061-T6 brushed aluminum tank. It is D.O.T. apprv'd and brand new, not refurbished. Polished tanks are also avail.
- Ultra duty solid brass regulator designed to handle the high flow rates and pressures required to quickly air up large tires, run impact wrenches, and reseat tire beads without freezing up.
- Aluminum guard/handle designed to protect the regulator and valve from damage as well as providing a comfortable way of carrying the tank.
- Hose kit complete with a supple 25 foot coil hose and fittings including a ball air chuck or plug, a quick release plug fitting, and an allen wrench to remove handle.
With one of the dual tank Ultimate Power Systems you'll never have to worry whether you have enough CO2 because with an extra tank, you will always have at least one full tank on hand. As soon as one goes empty you can swap in the spare tank and get the other refilled later. The Ultimate Power Systems come with everything included in the Basic Power Tank Systems, along with the additional tank.
The SuperFlow Regulator Kit (SFRK-01) gives you the awesome on-board air capabilities of the regular Power Tank at a more affordable price. This kit includes the Super Flow regulator, the valve guard/handle, and the DuraThane coil hose kit. You supply your own CO2 tank.

When you need to Air Down, just screw on these new deflators (like a valve cap) and all four tires will rapidly and automatically air down to your pre-selected pressure, while you are happily proceding on down the trail.

This is a GO-ANYWHERE wire feed welder with enough power to exceed all of your welding needs.
